The S5000 family of processors is based on Stretch's revolutionary S5 engine, and provides the following key benefits:

Every S5000 processor is powered by the Stretch® S5 engine, which incorporates the Tensilica® Xtensa® RISC processor core and the powerful Stretch Instruction Set Extension Fabric (ISEF). Currently, we offer three devices:

  • S5530 software-configurable processor with exceptional performance for systems requiring customized acceleration
  • S5620 software-configurable processor bolstering performance enhancements to systems using PowerPC-based processors
  • S5610 software-configurable processor enabling unparalleled performance enhancements to systems using 64-bit MIPS-based processors
