Systems Implementation Using Stretch Software-Configurable Processors
This full-day course provides hands-on systems training using Stretch's development boards. The goal is to enable embedded system engineers to port and optimize full applications to a Stretch processor.
Part 1 covers topics of interest to anyone integrating an application with the Stretch processor. It provides an overview of the chip's peripherals and memories, an introduction to StretchBIOS and descriptions of system routines for using the DMA engine and the ISEF. Part 2 covers a complete description of the processor's other peripherals and the StretchBIOS routines for using them. This section can be tailored to accommodate the interests of the audience. Both parts include integrated labs and review helpful example code.
- Duration: 1 day
- Schedule: 2nd Wednesday of each month
- Aimed at: Firmware and system engineers
